- Ann-Marie Christian has been serving the California perinatal community for nearly 15 years as a La Leche League Leader, lactation consultant, yoga instructor, birth & postpartum doula, and childbirth/parent educator. In the past decade she has used her wealth of knowledge, experience, and empathetic skills to educate and train doulas, nurses, and doctors in new ways to optimize their support of families. IBCLC, RYT-200, ICCE, ICBD, IAT(ICEA)
- Julie Matheney, MS, CCC-SLP, CLEC, IBCLC earned her Masters in speech-language pathology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and the Certified Lactation Educator Counselor certificate from University of California, San Diego. She has worked with infants and children with pediatric feeding disorders. Her skill set includes working with infants with tongue and lip tie, cleft lip and palate, trach and vent dependent, children with development delays and other feeding disorders. She approaches babies from head to toe. After moving to California from the Midwest, she has worked in several local hospitals where she works in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the acute care hospital. While most people assume speech therapists teach children with stuttering or to say their 'r's and s's', the bulk of her job is feeding and swallowing. The same things you speak with, you eat with! She became a certified lactation counselor in 2012, a certified lactation educator counselor and IBCLC in 2018.
- Dairian Roberts is an occupational therapist, lactation consultant, and owner of humbled by motherhood. She spent her entire career dedicated to hand therapy until she had her son in 2017. Her multiple degrees meant nothing when facing motherhood. She quickly became passionate about supporting other moms, especially Black moms, through the healthcare system. She is passionate about holistic care. There is no separation between maternal health and infant health. They are innately intertwined (and the research backs this up). MS, CCC-SLOP, CLEC, IBCLC, OTR/L, IBCLC, PMH-C
